Imperial Capital is an investment company that has been operating on the real estate market in its current structure since 2015. Its foundations, however, began to take shape already in 2009, when we were gaining experience in other sectors of the economy. The success of our business ventures so far are therefore innovative solutions that combine acquired competences in the financial industry with development expertise. We comprehensively implement development projects on the Krakow housing and office market. Our brand obliges us to premium quality, even in investments from the lower price segment.

Team

Our team is composed of both internal experts and external experienced partners. In this way, we can divide the scope of work within a specific chain of competences, thanks to which we are characterized by high efficiency and attention to the smallest details at every step. Maciej Trzmielewski

The founder, owner of 100% of shares and the President of Imperial Capital is Maciej Trzmielewski, who gained experience mainly in the financial and real estate industries. He has been running his own business since 2009. With the help of special purpose vehicles, he carries out development investments on the office and residential market. The holder of many diplomas – incl. Executive MBA Central Connecticut State University and the Cracow University of Technology, studied at the University of Management and Banking in Krakow. He is a former athlete, an active participant of many training sessions, courses and conferences. He transferred his sporty character and ambitions to the business sphere. Pursuing his own values, he created Imperial Capital.

Residential sector

Imperial Capital has been developing dynamically in the housing sector for several years, which is best confirmed by modern and comfortable housing estates in Krakow. The first investment that we have completed, Imperial Stawowa Residence, is a multi-stage housing estate of intimate buildings designed with the comfort of the residents in mind. As part of our activity, many more residential projects are being developed, including Imperial Green Park Villa, which is a housing estate located in Krakow's Bronowice district, providing both quick access to the city centre and the vicinity of green areas. One of our largest housing projects – Imperial Citi Yes – is a housing estate offering 300 apartments and commercial premises in Czyżyny at ul. Nowohucka 46. This offer is addressed to people who want to get the most out of the city's offer. Our company plans to implement further residential investments, both as part of the expansion of the existing housing estates and the creation of completely new projects.

Commercial sector

Another important investment area of our company is the commercial real estate sector. As part of our activities in this field, one of our most spectacular projects was created – Imperial Business Center, which is located at ul. Wadowicka 7 in Krakow. During its implementation, we took care of every detail: from the glazed, unique facade, through the elegant hall, functional and professional sanitary facilities, to the parking lot and facilities for cyclists. As a result we received numerous awards: 1. Place in the U category (public utility buildings) in the Plebiscite of the Architects of Lesser Poland Exhibition 2017, as well as in the SARP Award 2019 plebiscite. It is in this office building, on the 7th floor, where the headquarters of the Company and the Sales Office are located. Our investment portfolio also includes a commercial building located at ul. Wadowicka 7 in Krakow. Our company's plans also provide for the implementation of new commercial projects, including construction of another business center in Krakow.

Land developing

Imperial Capital develops its activities in the area of land development, the aim of which is to find attractive land and prepare it for commercial or residential investment. Our development and business experience as well as a unique approach to investing allow us to effectively increase the value of real estate through a complex investment process. Selling or investing in land that is fully prepared for construction allows for efficient use of the land, maximizing the profitability of the project and significant time savings.

One of our most spectacular projects – Imperial Business Center – took the 1st place. Place in the U category (public utility buildings) in the Plebiscite of the Architects of Lesser Poland Exhibition 2017.

The same investment also received the first prize in the prestigious plebiscite SARP 2019 Award.

Imperial Business Center

Imperial Business Center was awarded in the 10th edition of the Stanisław Witkiewicz Lesser Poland Voivodeship Competition in which it won the 2nd award in the category of Public Utility Architecture.

The Pearl of Krakow

Our Green Park Villa investment received a Special Distinction in the 2nd edition of the Pearl of Krakow competition. At the same time, the commission appreciated our company for its dynamic development and the creation of unique investments, which are distinguished by a modern shape and high comfort for residents.

EXPO Kraków

The experience and professionalism of the Imperial Capital brand are also appreciated by representatives of the real estate market. A perfect example of this is the 1st place in the category “The best stand and fair service”, which was awarded during the Fair of Apartments and Houses, organized on the premises of EXPO Kraków.

Our investments really contribute to the improvement of the situation of the development market in Poland.
